Steve Kolak, is a licensed builder and qualified carpenter, and has been part of the construction industry in the Canberra region for more than twenty years. Steve established Mayfair Homes to fill a gap in the residential construction market for high quality custom built homes. During this time, Steve has assembled a talented and trusted team of qualified tradesmen to create some of Canberra’s finest homes.
Steve is personally involved in each and every project, both in the day-to-day operations of the business as well as the construction aspects. What sets us apart is the fact that our clients have direct access to the actual builder – something that is not often the case with larger construction companies.
