When I purchased my block I was searching for a builder who could build me a custom home according to my specifications. After a lot of research, I ended up meeting with ten builders. Most builders wanted to give me their standard build package with minimal customisation. After seeing examples of their work I was not impressed with their style or quality.

After our first meeting I knew straight away that I would be choosing Mayfair Homes. When seeing an example of Mayfair Homes' house, I was impressed with the design, build quality and modern styling, which really made the home stand out. Steve was willing to work with my ideas and requirements to bring my concept to life. A lot of potential issues were avoided due to his forward thinking and experience.

There has been so much positive feedback about my home, especially the high build quality. People are blown away by the custom features such as:
