The Curzon Apartments comprised of 78 individual apartments, along with 2 levels of basement carparking, plus a gym and bbq area. The development offered a mix of units including one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus study, and two-bedroom floor plans.
Each apartment featured lavish inclusions such as hanging pendant lights, herringbone kitchen splashbacks, Smeg appliances, and Hansgrohe tapware; accompanied by flexible spaces, high-end finishes and an innovative design.
The curved balconies were constructed from precast concrete and featured LED lighting that illuminated the development with six horizontal bands of changing colour
